            Para Equestrian: its history and aims
11:00   Training scale for horses
            Most important guidelines for Judges-trainers-Riders
12:00   short break
12:15   Continuous Training Scale for horses

13:00            LUNCH TIME 

14:00   judging the different movements of a test
15:00   Classification and compensating aids
16:00   Ideas about stewarding and Technical delegate
16:30   Short Break
16:40   Rules for Para Equestrian Dressage events
            (Helps to confirm Test Paper and gives reasons for certain rules)
18:00   closing first day.  

Thursday 27^th September 2007  

9:00     finishing the Test paper
10:00   Freestyle to music Tests and judging guidelines
11:00   short break
11:15   Discussion about the different tests and their movements
            Judges sheets; Collective Marks.
            Comments on the judges sheets
12:30   Closing 

13:00 LUNCH TIME 

14/00   Practical session
            Demonstration Riders
            If possible 3 riders for each Grade (if there are no disable riders available also able body rider can demonstrate, or a disabled rider can demonstrate in a different (lower) Grade
            Time table has to be prepared allow 15 minutes per rider.
            According the planning or schedule it would be advisable to witness the Veterinary inspection (Trot up) as well or in between.

            Opening Ceremony
            Team Test
            Shadow judging (Judges Sheets have to be prepared for each delegate also starting lists) a place and chairs for sitting at the arena. We need one person to collect the test sheets and calculate them in order to present the results on a list. 

Saturday 29^th 2007
            Individual Test
            Shadow judging (Judges Sheets have to be prepared for each delegate also starting lists) a place and chairs for sitting at the arena. We need one person to collect the test sheets and calculate them in order to present the results on a list.

 Sunday 30^th 2007
            Morning: according to the program and the Freestyle tests, there will be an individual talk or interview with each candidate, also the hand over of the FEI Certificates.      

Arrangements to be provided by the organizer 

Conference room with chairs and if possible tables
PC or Laptop suitable for the Power Point Program (USB 2,0 plug connection and if possible with mouse operated)
Beamer and Projection screen in order to project the power point presentation.
Copy to each delegate of the “FEI Rules for Para Equestrian Dressage Events”
Copy to each delegate of the “Generic Rules”
(Both to be found on www.horsesport.org/ParaEquestrian  )
Copy to each delegate of the “Test Questionnaire” (herewith attached)
Copies of the dressage tests to be used
List of the candidates with their full Identifications
Chairs alongside arenas for delegates when judging
Refreshments during the breaks
One secretary to assist the course leader, collect the papers, calculation of the scores, familiar with the computer if possible.
