If
possible 3 riders for each Grade (if there are no disable riders available also
able body rider can demonstrate, or a disabled rider can demonstrate in a
different (lower) Grade
Time
table has to be prepared allow 15 minutes per rider.
According
the planning or schedule it would be advisable to witness the Veterinary
inspection (Trot up) as well or in between.

Morning:
according to the program and the Freestyle tests, there will be an individual
talk or interview with each candidate, also the hand over of the FEI
Certificates.
Arrangements to be

for the Power Point Program (USB 2,0 plug connection and if possible with mouse
operated)
Beamer and Projection screen in
order to project the power point presentation.
