Following the finalisation of the 2017 FEI World Jumping Challenge Regional Rankings, I am happy to inform you that two Athletes from your Federation have qualified to take part in the Final which will take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 5-9 September 2018, with the following preliminary timetable:
05/09/2018: Arrival of the delegations and Welcome Dinner
06/09/2018: Training &Warm-up Competition
07/09/2018: First Qualifying Competition
Second Qualifying Competition
08/09/2018: Cultural day (Visit to historical city Samarkand)
09/09/2018: Farewell & Final competitions
Closing ceremony and dinner
10/09/2018: Departure of the delegations
Please find attached the official letter of invitation. The deadline for athletes to confirm their participation “on principle” has been set for 16 March 2018.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that past this deadline, the next athlete in the Regional Rankings will be given the spot to take part in the Final which is why it is imperative to confirm their intent to participate within this deadline.
